Description of Service

CETI Diving is a diving service company, providing underwater search and recovery, boat bottom cleaning, boat topside cleaning, underwater inspections, marina maintenance, and other marine related services.

Refund/Cancellation

At CETI Diving, we strive to provide exceptional service to our clients. However, if you are not completely satisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons for Refund:

Failure to Deliver Services as Agreed Upon: If we fail to deliver the services outlined in our contract, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on the extent of non-delivery.

Significant Service Deficiencies: In cases where our services demonstrably fall below the standard of quality specified in our contract, a partial refund may be considered.

Unforeseen Circumstances: If unforeseen circumstances prevent us from delivering the agreed-upon services, we will work with you to find a suitable resolution, which may include a refund option.

Non-Refundable Situations:

Partial Service Completion: If you choose to discontinue services before full completion, no refund will be issued for the services already delivered.

Client Non-Cooperation: Failure to provide necessary information or cooperate with our service delivery process can result in forfeiture of refund eligibility.

Dissatisfaction with Results: General dissatisfaction with the outcome of our services, without substantial evidence of service deficiencies, is not grounds for a refund.

Documentation Required: We may require supporting documentation to review your request, such as specific details about the service issue and any relevant communication records.

Force Majeure
CETI Diving shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature.

Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges and agrees that CETI Diving will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special or consequential, in profits, goods or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage.

No Guarantee
The client acknowledges and agrees that CETI Diving cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
